Softplay sets are colorful, foam-padded play equipment designed for toddlers and young children (typically ages 6 months to 5 years). They include items like foam blocks, slides, climbing arches, tunnels and ball pits — all safely padded so little ones can play freely. We deliver, set up, and pick up the entire set!
Our softplay sets are designed for children aged approximately 6 months to 5 years old. They're perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, and playdates where you have toddlers and young children attending.
Yes! Both our softplay sets and mini bounce houses can be used indoors or outdoors. For indoor use, we will confirm ceiling height and floor space requirements at the time of booking. All equipment is sized to fit standard indoor venues.
Yes, our mini bounce house has a maximum weight limit of 500 lbs (combined weight of all riders at one time). Please ensure this limit is not exceeded to keep everyone safe and the equipment in good condition.
Absolutely! We can customize balloon arch and arrangement colors to match your party theme. Just let us know your color preferences when booking and we'll make sure everything coordinates beautifully.
Yes! Delivery, setup, and teardown are included in every package. We arrive before your event to get everything picture-perfect and come back at the end to pack it all up. You don't have to lift a finger!

Our mini bumper cars are kid-sized electric ride-on cars that let children bump and cruise around in a safe, controlled area. They're a hugely popular party add-on that brings an extra dose of excitement to any event. Each car is battery-powered, easy to operate, and designed with safety bumpers to keep the fun bump-friendly!
Mini bumper cars are best suited for children approximately 2–8 years old. Each car has a weight limit of 66 lbs. Children must be able to sit upright and reach the controls. We recommend adult supervision at all times while children are riding. If you have questions about whether the cars are right for your guests, just ask us when booking!
Yes! Mini bumper cars work great both indoors (on hard floors or low-pile carpet) and outdoors (on smooth, flat surfaces like driveways, patios, or gym floors). We'll confirm space requirements at the time of booking to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day of your event.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates which fill up fast. For summer and holiday season parties, booking 6–8 weeks ahead is strongly encouraged. Don't wait — spots are limited!
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to hold your party date. The remaining balance is due before delivery. Deposits can be paid via credit/debit card, Venmo, or CashApp.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event forfeit 50% of the deposit. Same-day cancellations receive no refund. We understand life happens — if an emergency comes up, please reach out and we'll do our best to work with you.
Safety is our top priority. If severe weather is forecast for your outdoor event, we will work with you to find an indoor alternative or reschedule. Bounce houses cannot be used in high winds or rain. Please reach out as soon as possible if weather is a concern.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Venmo, and CashApp. Full payment is required before delivery of your rental items.
Absolutely! All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every single rental. Our softplay sets and bounce houses meet safety standards for children's play equipment. Your little ones' safety is our top priority.
